Low-fat milk is good for your health, and you can reduce your risk of heart disease, stroke, and other serious diseases by reducing your carbs.
That’s because milk contains a high amount of protein.
But, a new study suggests that a reduction in the amount of carbohydrates in your milk can also reduce your chances of heart attack and stroke.
This new finding comes from a study of more than 4,000 people who were followed for at least four years.
The study also found that the average number of carbohydrates eaten per day by the people who reduced their carbs had declined from 4.8 to 2.4 grams per day.
The researchers said that, based on their data, there was little to no difference in the number of heart attacks or strokes between those who reduced carbs and those who didn’t.
They also noted that the decrease in the overall number of cardiovascular events, including stroke, heart attack, and death, is about half the increase in the fat-free mass and half the decrease that you see in the blood cholesterol levels.
The findings could have implications for people who eat a lot of fat and eat less carbs.
The results suggest that reducing your fat intake can actually help you reduce your heart disease risk, the researchers said.
